USCIS announced on September 22, 2016 that:
- N-400, Application for Naturalization, can be filed electronically;
- N-400 Applicants do not need to submit two (2) passport style photographs.
USCIS will collect photographs, fingerprints and a signature at the biometric service appointment at the Application Support Center (ASC).
